Collecting and Using your Personnel Data

What personal information is collected from users?

We collect user mobile number for user authentication to GST Filling app.

How you collect the information?

User mobile number is collected during registration to GST Filling app.

For Android 11+ users, Below data is collected and stored in server.

1. Business Name, GSTIN and State of user.

2. Commodity/Products details along with GST details.

3. Created GST Reports, to access when you need to view or send to Auditors. 

How you use any collected information?

User mobile number is used for authentication/login credentials to GST Filling app.

For Android 11+ users, Collected information will be used as Input for the app. Its used for creating GST reports.

GST Reports are stored at server to help you access when you want to view or share to Auditors.

How you keep information safe?

User mobile number is stored in GST Filling app database and its secure. Apart from mobile number no other details is stored in database.

For Android 11+ users, Collected information is transited through secured connection.

Clauses on information sharing with any third parties?

User mobile number to third party 

1. To Get OTP during registering request for forgot password functionality

2. To avail payment of GST Filling app subscription user mobile number is shared to payment gateway service. GST Filling app uses Razorpay payment gateway service.

Financial Info:

We share user mobile number to third party payment gateway for collection of subscription amount for GST Filling app.

We do not store any user account info in GST Filling app.

Files:

For below Android 11 users, We access Internal Storage of your mobile Download folder, create folder GST and file GST_Inputs.xlsx. GST_Inputs.xlsx is used as input for creating GST report of business user for any month and year of user selection. Generated report data can be used by user to share it with their known CA/Auditors to file into Government website.

This data is not stored in the GST filling app database. 

For Android 11+ users, GST_Inputs.xlsx is stored in user device in download folder and server. Its not shared to any third party. Also created GST reports are stored at server for easy access.

Deletion of user account and collected data:

Before Deletion of account Note below points:

1. Take a backup of your data. (Applicable for Android 11+ users only)

2. It cannot be reverted.

3. No refund for any subscription.

4. All data from the GST Filling app will be deleted, Cannot retrieve data again.

For Deletion:

User can Login here with their credentials  and delete account. 

Once its done,

1. Your mobile number from GST Filling app database.

2. For Android 11+ users, All GST Input file and Reports stored at server will be deleted.

Uninstallation of app:

Only for Android 11+ users, Once GST Filling app is uninstalled, user data will be still remained in GST Filling app database and server.
